First off, a spelling mistake: "who's" rather than "whose".
Also I think too much info about, and emphasis on, the villain. hate/murder/revenge... perhaps choose just one? also the last bit doesn't make sense really. if we know it's someone with hate/murder, when we read flesh we think violence not sex. I think you need to simply the villain description, but the first half is great.
