Henry (a golf course ball picker) is a young man with a history of being unable to assimilate into normal society. With his best friend Bally, a talking golf ball, attempts from co-workers to help him leads to a series of ensuing chaos.

The goal is winning, but its how that makes the movie. Forced Assimilation means just that.

Revenge is served on those running the golf course in how they're trying to fix the tournament or spin it in their direction so if their favorite golfer (Josh) wins he can bring a bigger prestige back to them and a financial gain.

You describe this as a revengeful goal--who is the person or persons he will get revenge against if he wins the golf tournament?

In the beginning I take the viewers back in time on a south native island in which a woman is giving birth..to a white baby with red hair. This doesn't go over good with the tribe and Henry spends most of his baby years trying to avoid being eaten. The doctor and nurse who are constantly protecting him become his parents and eventually his sponsor to America.

It's not a complicated scene of events, but it starts the story.

As for offensive, I know without reading the script it's hard for me to explain, but none has occurred nor will it. The movie Maverick..pretty offensive to Indians but a blockbuster. I look at that movie and those scenes and I don't come close so I think we're good there.

The annual golf tournament is 40 years old in this story and the winner gets to advance further in his career and out of the small town life. Henry has never entered anything or knows what it that feels like. He doesn't want to work in a barn the rest of his life. So when his transformation happens from native nerd to Mr. GQ (his co-workers grind off his teeth, toe nails, finger nails..shave the hair off his body) he believes he can accomplish this revengeful goal.

You keep mentioning that your hero is native and that he comes from a tribe.
However on the other hand his parents are respectively a doctor and a nurse.
Both have raised a child who plays golf.
That sounds pretty integrated to me.
You can't use the fact that he is native as an excuse for being a nutcase.
It comes as pretty offensive for the so called native.
Coming from a different culture does not make you a bumbling idiot.

His hallucinations being the result of him being hit by a golf ball may explain the cause of his strange behaviour. However I still know nothing of his personal goal. His physical goal is clear, he wants to win the gold tournament. But why? What will winning the golf tournament change in his life?
