When a wily whippersnapper witnesses his dad kidnaped, he has only a split second to rescue him before midnight when the gang plan to kill him. When a Albanian protection scam backfires, a brazen son will have 24 hours to track his fathers captors and rescue him.

From what I read the entire film is a few seconds long. A kid witnesses a kidnapping and only has a few seconds to save the person. All done.

I know that is wrong. So drop the unneeded details and focus on the story.

The second half reads like a second attempt at the logline. If you delete everything before "When" you have the start of a good logline.
