I see a problem with the core concept. ?If the hacker can make the engines of Air Force One?fail, why doesn't he just crash the plane? ?Why bother with the secret service agent at all. I see a problem with the core concept. ?If the hacker can make the engines of Air Force One?fail, why doesn’t he just crash the plane? ?Why bother with the secret service agent at all.

I’m sure you’ll deal with this in the actual script, but it was my first thought when I read the log line.

So maybe take the part about the engine failing out. ?Because all that matters is that a secret service agent has credible evidence that his wife and child are about to be murdered unless he kills the president first. ?Trouble is, he’s currently midair on Airforce one.

This feels like Jet Li’s “the One”:?A sheriff’s deputy fights an alternate universe version of himself who grows stronger with each alternate self he kills.

If they’re fighting it’s for control. ?Not reunification.

The obvious solution is, the protagonist wants reunification, and the antagonist just wants the body parts.

Is this film really about the danger?being seduced by?a spy puts you in? ?Or is it about the emotional toll of betrayal? ?If it’s about a spy, then it’s a Thriller. ?If it’s about the emotional toll, then Drama.

As a Thriller you definitely need to focus on the dangerous situation the scientist finds herself in and downplay the emotional state of the characters.

If it’s a drama you do the reverse.

So which is this? ?Is it a story about espionage that happens to have a lesbian love affair in it?
Or is it a story of betrayal and lost love that happens to include spies?
