    Hmmm...Is this psychopath the god? Who is your main villain? Try to focus on the main goal and obstacle. No need to include the supporting characters' motives and backstories.

    Even better if you could work some IRONY and/or hint at an inmer journey… perhaps hes pro peace? Perhaps he starts off secretly unsympathetic to American soldiers? I like the whole promise idea too. Lots of opportunities for social commentary in the movie too 🙂

    An elegant, high concept logline!
