A BBC (Big Bad Corporation) trying to control the market, yes--that's believable. Their stake is obvious. But a BBG (Big Bad Government) -- not so much. What's the BBG stake that they would meddle in how one farmer plants (or doesn't plant) his fields?

Well...... the farmer is in charge of his crops but when the government treaten to use force to control the market......He is unwilling being a problem they execute him....... And bring in the Genetic Bugs....
seens the first bit has no relation to the second bit. how can a farmer be unwilling ?
