When they plot to kill each other the following day, a white supremacist and a black racist rather wake up in each other’s body and must team up and solve the problem or get killed by their gang members.
Interesting collision of genres, yet, both have been done before on their own.? The body switching theme is usually of comedy though. Avoid "get killed by their gang members" and replace it with "get discovered" or something to that less direct effect as like Nindif mentions.

I think the love story with the cultural gap cliche won't be enough for a whole feature these days. Suggest even another antagonistic character or force introduced along with the culture divide. I mean, cultures co-exist all the time these days and frankly, the premise is getting a wee old, imo.

Not much to add over the above great points except, being an alcoholic isn't much of a hurdle to temporarily overcome during this event. I mean, just stop drinking until the spirit is dealt with then party on.
