Good points from beezeebee, this is what I can glean: “An ostrich with the help of a renowned trainer races against the town hot-shot to win” Fill in the gaps with your story, keep going!

A rookie hitman and a contract killer are next on the hit-list after taking shortcuts and killing the wrong guy twice on a mission ordered by a mafia kingpin. To avoid certain death, they make a body bubble from a victim’s corpse, frame their boss, and get away with the payment – A real killer story

Leaning towards: "Two last chance hitmen must cover up a bungled hit in order to avoid certain death from their mafia kingpin employer" Hope you find this constructive - make this yours.

Wouldn't the mafia boss find out early on the real mark is still alive – making trouble? It would be funny while the bungling hitmen are doing their thang the real mark shows up. I’m sure you have an answer for this, it’s just not clear to me how you overcome the gap. Take care.
