I suggest you check out the ‘Formula’ tab on the top bar as your attempts seem to lack the basic structural requirements of a logline.
About this one, is her friend under a threat of rape or death? you write she saves her life, but also specify that she was raped – which is it she saves her friend from? Either is fine for the story, but you need to be specific in the details.
Last thing, why must she destroy the doctor? What did the doctor do? Is he or she threatening the friend?

Seriously, I just can’t see an unknown superhero movie get picked up considering how many built in fan franchises are already out there. I mean that in the nicest way – this could be the best story and finest script ever written, but the odds are stacked so far against it that the chances are very low. ??
