As a result of her memories flooding back what is it she must do?
Psychological thrillers can get a bit tricky when dealing with mental conditions, as most of the conflict is internal and hard to visualize with a camera. Does she have anything else she does in the script?
For example, if the unforeseen visitor is the guy who kidnapped her you could specify it. Perhaps she knows he is planning to take another girl, and she is the only one who knows it and knows his MO – it’s up to her to stop it from happening again.

IS he suffering from PTSD? If so best to specify that in the logline, it will help ground the premise and make it, in my mind at least, more interesting.

Not sure how his own family are at risk though. This also makes it seem as though he has two separate goals – to save the cops and save his family, but which of these is his primary goal?
One way to fix this is to specify that the cops and their families are being murdered, then the logical conclusion is that he needs to save the cops and his family.
