When a homeless amputee who lost the right side of his head and body is chased by a crippled criminal who appears to be his missing half, he must overwhelm him to discover the origin of their condition and become a full man.
Not sure how this will look, two halves of the same man hopping after each other on one leg each? Can you elaborate on the basic logic of the world the premise is in?Also what is the plot what does the homeless person want? Is it to become whole again or is there something else?

The doctor will need at least one redeeming characteristic because other wise she is a nasty person with no clear motivation other wise give her a noble reason perhaps she is experimenting to find a miracle burns treatment. Hope this helps.

Hi Nii
Bellow is a comment I left on your last iteration it’s relevant to this draft as well.
Consider Friends, the pilot ep of that is about Rachel running out on her own wedding and ending up in the central perk caffe. This is a clear multi protag series but the pilot ep primary plot centered on one character. The writers and producers cleverly showed that there will be many characters in the series by using one character?s plot to show this in the pilot.
Why not structure a plot of only one character then mention the other characters in their relation to the MC?
Hope this helps.
