Sounds interesting, maybe the “unsuccessful” inciting incident could be tighter and shortened and her goal more defined. Also the word “before” seems to suggest that she will kill her boss irregardless of finding “a worth beyond achievements”. All the best

Carlton: I don’t what “must find a worth beyond achievements” is supposed to mean. If it means what I think it means, I’ve yet to meet a person afflicted with severe bipolar disorder who could pull him/herself up by her own psychological bootstraps without medication, therapy, or support groups.
Suffice it to say, the character “flaw” is a wellspring of potential conflict and complications. I hope you will research the disorder thoroughly and get it right.
