When an undercover agent on a state-of-the-art submarine learns that her former husband intends to kill her then what happens? (does she care, in her undercover mission, in the submarine?)

I like it, but need to know what "terminate her with extreme prejudice" is specifically, and does her being on a submarine tie into that? It would work best if it did.
