    We need to know number of friends and an event. Think of the Big Chill. Based on that. Four friends come together for a funeral only to start blaming each other for course their friends death. Now describe the friends 1) war veterans 2) college friends You get the picture.

    It would be too long to do this. ?If you added "but..." To the end, that would be where your logline would really start. A young man takes to the sea to recover his pirate father's treasure, but ....... What prevents him from just getting the treasure and how does he defeat it?

    Is it better to describe him rather than his career. ?A poor career doesn't in my opinion inform us of his character. ?Why does he fail as a business person, state that. A fearful, non confrontational man..... Scared and indecisive....
