    In a city where gangs rule the streets and fight each other for food, water, shelter, guns & ammo, and territory. On the outskirts of the city is where utopias of no crime is around, but for how long? These gangsters have been treated like nothing by these politicians, who dump caviar and gold like nothing, they control the police departments, government, and the people. A group of close friends met a police officer who knew how to drive the politicians out of power, but they first had to stop their own city from tearing itself apart.

    Amidst all this anarchy, what is the inciting incident? What, specifically triggers the protagonist into action?

    What is his (or her) objective goal? An objective goal is a positive statement of what the protagonist wants to achieve or possess. “Drive the politicians out of power” and “stop their city from tearing itself apart” don’t really qualify as objective goals because they only (vaguely) state what is to be eliminated, not what is to be instituted instead.
