    Thanks, Adamu95. To answer your questions: no, the doubles do not seek to harm the couple. And, yes there's another force at work but it's meant to be a mystery and to reveal it in the logline would give away the ending.

    Hi, I'm guessing the protagonist is engaged in an internal conflict on a journey to become a better person. If this is the case, then it could work better as a novel rather than a film. Internal struggles in cinema tend to be the province of writer-director auteurs.
