I like the idea of an assassin having a contract put on him, BUT... the specific details of the situation are all but missing. Why did he refuse to kill the original target? What is compelling him into this moral dilemma? What is he going to do about the threat to his own life? Will he fight the mafia, kill the assassin that’s after him? Whatever it is, his action needs to be described in the logline, otherwise, we don’t know what his story will be.

What is the goal our photographer needs to achieve before the story ends? A logline needs to describe a plot and a plot needs a goal. What is his flaw (not OCD, that's a condition not a character flaw) that he must overcome during the course of the story?

Secondly, the logline would benefit from having a good motivating event, or in other words, a quality inciting incident. A story should be described within a finite time scale by using a starting point (inciting incident) and an end point (goal).
