When an enhanced man learns of a new pending offensive and a secret that may end the war forever he must fight his way back from behind enemy lines or humanity will fall.

It may need to be a specific item, like a weapon of some sort, that scares him into taking action. Otherwise, it is a bit vague as to what he will do as an individual on his own even with super powers.

    Secondly, what are the super powers? Is he strong? Fast? Can fly? Can he control other people’s minds?

    I find that too many adjectives work against a logline - the specifics of each character should ideally be clear from the premise. So as you suggested the fact that they kidnapped the boy makes them evil and there is probably no need to add it into the description.

    I think the action is vague. How will he fight the federation? What will he do? Will he take control of their biggest space ship? Or hack their central computer? DPG mad a good point, perhaps the android needs a human ally that will aid in the efforts to fight the federation.
