After aliens attack a process is created that bestow superpowers to soldiers but at the cost of giving them a four-year lifespan. It seems a bit unlikely that a new offensive, as oppose to the previous ones, would spark his fear for mankind. It may need to be a specific item, like a weapon of some sort, that scares him into taking action. Otherwise, it is a bit vague as to what he will do as an individual on his own even with super powers.

I find that too many adjectives work against a logline - the specifics of each character should ideally be clear from the premise. So as you suggested the fact that they kidnapped the boy makes them evil and there is probably no need to add it into the description.

See lessA flawed, discarded Android rises from a salvage heap to battle a powerful Federation of Androids bent on the extermination of the human race.
I think the action is vague. How will he fight the federation? What will he do? Will he take control of their biggest space ship? Or hack their central computer? DPG mad a good point, perhaps the android needs a human ally that will aid in the efforts to fight the federation.
