    An alien creator of the human genome leads a militia to stop his brother from razing the only surviving master copies of his work on Earth once and for all.

    This logline is a bit clunky. The first seven words are confusing and I think you could take out the part about the militia. What about something like: The alien who created the human genome must stop his evil brother from destroying his work and all humanity in the process.

    dpalliser, I think you are right about using an adjective before brother. "Missing brother" would be the closest.

The brother has been gone for about twenty-five years, longer than most who go on The Walk, but not so long anyone is worried.
