To fulfill a family vendetta a lone warrior must transform a helpless and divided faction into a superior force in order to end an aged war.

What compelling event happens at the beginning of the game that calls the Character to his course of action to defend Avagon?
You say fulfill a family vendetta but how does that play out on screen. After his sister is murdered? After a rival tribe kidnaps his brother? After a rival tribe destroys his village…
For instance in Skyrim; the opening event is the return of the dragons,

See less? When Dragons return to ravish Skyrim, A prison?born on a certain day, under a certain sign, must travel to High Hrothgar to learn the ways of the voice to defeat the Dragon menace.?

So I would look at the opening of your game and ask what compelling event sets your characters path and then use that event to begin your logline
In the final stages of war between three factions, an incredible warrior and huntsman is called upon to secure, protect and adapt a defenseless faction called Avagon in return to fulfill a lifelong family vendetta. If anyone would be so kind as to give me a straight, honest opinion on this concept for my 3rd year game project. Thank you!

In logline terms, you would open the logline with “When (This compelling event happens) a brave huntsman must defeat…)

It will also help if we know the genre. Is it a first person shooter? A strategy game (Where you control a faction, building up resources and trying to defeat the other two factions to win the game. Probably a more difficult logline)
A 3rd person action game: (Such as Diablo, with cut scenes that tell a story)
Or possible an Open world sandbox game (A little harder to come up with a logline)
The genre will affect the logline because in a strategy game the logline would consist more of a ‘situation’ where as in other types games there would be story points and a more clear logline.
