I was confused as to how the law gets involved until I read your explanation.? Initially I thought maybe he starts becoming a little too cop-like and ends up becoming too abusive, but, that's not what you meant.? I'd definitely make it clear in the logline how that happens.

I agree this makes for a pretty solid logline.? I think the "child molester" part is actually a strong part of the hook.? I agree this makes for a pretty solid logline.? I think the “child molester” part is actually a strong part of the hook.? Having to choose whether or not to back off from a child molester… this must be a pretty powerful crush.? Also, I’m very interested to learn what drove this man to sign up for this vigilante quest.? Was one of his children involved?? I’d guess he just kept hearing about one kid after another, and he promised himself if there’s one good thing he’s going to do for this world, it’s to end that man.? ?Also would love to know if he falls in love with the woman first, then finds out about her relationship later, or, is everything on the table to begin with, and then the ex-con gets to know the sister.? I’d assume the former, because I’d imagine the ex-con is going to draw his own conclusions about her fast if he knows about her relationship with the molester up front.

Uluru-Kata (Part Two) When a posthuman boy, trying to integrate into a tribe of pygmies, meets other humans like him, he decides to resume his voyage to the Promise Land with his robot father in order to avoid his species extinction.

My best guess is that this is an AI boy that's wandered the world, mingles randomly with this tribe, and, one of the pygmies, or their associates, happens to be other AI people.? My best guess is that this is an AI boy that’s wandered the world, mingles randomly with this tribe, and, one of the pygmies, or their associates, happens to be other AI people.? That either includes his father or they help reunite him with his father.? The father explains the situation about the species being in danger and urges him to come help save the day.

But I’m not sure of any of it.? I don’t think the pygmies are important though, based on what I think you meant.? Also, I agree with dpg that the term “posthuman” is not universal.? And the “father” of a robot is a confusing concept too.? It’s a robot father, so probably not a human robotics engineer.? Still not sure what to take on it.? Here’s my take on it:

When a wandering robot boy encounters others of his kind, he learns of their imminent extinction and must help them find a place called the “Promised Land”, where they believe they’ll be safe.
