    I'm guessing this is a comedy of sorts? The logline supplies the basic info, I'd like more info about the monster. Otherwise it's hard to picture the movie.

    Also, the protagonist needs to have something at stake, since the story is told through him. Maybe in order to get the job, he has to invest all his savings into the club, whatever.

    The strangest adaptation of H.G.Wells classic sci-fi! Planet Earth: A paradise untouched by human hands, until that last great day when a star fell from the sky. A crowd of curious animals gathering around this strange craft watch as it opens. Rising out came a creature unlike any other. Standing tall on two legs this being from another world slowly lifted its arm and the tool it held, pointing it at the group of earthlings. And that is when the slaughter started. Announcing the arrival of man.
