    After his assistant refuses his come ons, a conceited inventor switches bodies with a more appealing stranger. But when his plan to seduce her fails again and the stranger flees the country, the inventor must race against time to reverse the switch or face the rest of his life living someone else's.

    This is another cool idea...could be quite funny but it could also be made into a thriller or horror movie if done correctly. Maybe instead of 'come ons' you could say 'advances'? He is in the body of an appealing stranger. That sounds pretty cool, actually. Unless maybe the girl decided she really had a thing for the inventor all along haha. Then he would have to get his body back so he could be with her haha

    After his band loses their only booking, a narcissistic musician goes back in time to steal hits before they're famous. But when his scheme leads Kurt Cornell, his musical idol, to suicidal depression, he must overcome his own lust for fame in order to save Kurt's life.

    Don't like the title, but the premise of this movie is great. There's just a lot you can do with an idea like this. I think it works as a log line too so you're good there. Except, and this may be a little nit-picky, I think you could take out the narcissistic and just say musician.
