    I believe if there is city wide breakout of some disease, it would not be a pandemic. I would use the term epidemic instead. Pandemic would be a term if the outbreak was worldwide.

    However, as for the logline, I would simply ask, is there a personal reason why it is important to the journalist must succeed that the audience can grab on to? If so, I would add it to the logline.
