Six lead characters is a bit much, sometimes you can get away with two, but most the time there will be one main character even if the story follows several. Who is the lead character? Something happens to the lead character which causes them to have a goal. Which of the six characters has the goal? Which one drives the story?

Telling this logline from the point of view of the lead character will help improve it greatly.

A philosophical question is not a story. Who is the lead character? What do they want? What's standing in their way?

    Who is the lead character?
    What do they want?

Cursed to forever wander the earth by her ancient ancestors, a jobbing painter must seek a way to repaint the Cistine Chapel to reflect Gnostic Beliefs so that she may finally find eternal rest.

The logline is actually somewhat solid. I only question how ancient ancestors could curse anyone? They would have died hundreds, maybe thousands of years before she was born so how would they even know to curse the lead character. And why would they want to?
