btw, if you have never watched any of “The Masters of Horror” shows, they are very good. I definitely?recommend?watching them if you can find them.

My favorite is called “Incident on and off a mountain road” And it involves a woman whose car breaks down in the middle of nowhere.
She is stalked and attacked by a “Friday the Thirteenth, Jason” type character. Who has set all kinds of traps in the area where she is being chased.

However, she has just left her abusive husband who was a survivalist. While he was very abusive he taught her how to survive and she uses those skills in a cat and mouse like game with the killer; each getting the upper hand at different points of the story.

The lead actress was great, her name was Bree Turner. It was Directed by the guy who directed a horror movie called Phantasm.

There is even a bit of an ironic twist at the end.

There was a “Masters of Horror ” Episode that used this concept. It was called “Pick Me Up” Season 1 Episode 11

That being said, yours is different because in the Masters of horror version, You had a serial killer who drives around looking for people to give rides to, then kills them. Then you had a serial killer who hitchhikes and kills the drivers.

However, what makes your story different is that, in the Masters of Horror episode, There was a stranded woman who gets picked up by the serial killer and she gets caught in between the two serial killers, The driver, and the Hitchiker killer. Because both want to be the one to kill her.

So the story is told from the potential victim’s point of view as the two serial killers fight over her.

Anyway, yours is different enough, but you should know it’s out there

    Good luck with this.

I agree with Craig, kind of confusing, but I'll see if I can untangle your logline in as few words as possible: ---------------------------------------------------------------- "When his daughter; The President, is kidnapped, a disgraced secret service officer must kill?her in order to save her."
