    A lot of the elements are in place... However; I am unclear, is the brother-god the brother of the lead character or the Romanian deity? (And if the brother-god is the sibling of the Romanian deity would that mean the deity is the lead character?)

    This is just the set-up to the story (although granted an interesting one) the story would be what the lead character does about it. "When he discovers his wife is having an affair with the husband of the woman he is sleeping with, a confused married man must..." (Then tell us what he must do)
