    Actually I did misunderstand the word Vacuity. I took it to mean a vacuum, or empty. Sort of like if you call someone vacuous you are saying they are empty of thoughts.     I am not sure the use of the word Vacuity helps the logline. The logline is supposed convey the main conflict of the story. (As well as the protagonist and their goal) I don't see how a lack of religion would create conflict with a gay marriage.
